Change of Management
Lindenberg-Anlagen GmbH

We would like to inform you today about a major change at
Lindenberg-Anlagen GmbH. Mr Thorsten Simonsen
has stepped down as Managing Director on 30 June 2025,
to pursue new professional challenges.

We would like to thank him very much for his commitment and the work
he has done over the past few years. We wish him all the best and every
success in his future endeavours at.

We are very pleased to welcome Andreas Balke as the new
Managing Director of Lindenberg-Anlagen GmbH as of 1 July 2025.

Andreas Balke brings over 25 years of experience in product and
business development and has spent the last few years in the
management of various companies in the mechanical and plant
engineering sector, most recently as General Manager Germany at Watson Marlow.

We are convinced that Mr. Balke, with his strategic foresight and
expertise, will lead our company into a promising future.
Together we are optimistic about the challenges and
opportunities ahead.
